At HDL Fabrication we build trailers of all sizes. From small ATV trailers for the life style block farmers to heavy trade trailers and tipping trailers.
While we have standard trailers at hand most of the time as we continual are fabricating these we also design and fabricate specialised trailers for Farm work through to top end fully covered Race trailers.
We believe that trailers should not be a light weight poor design version. The trailer you purchase needs to be able to last a lifetime and serve the purpose its being used for.
All our trailers come fabricated from top quality steel supplied in NZ for structural use. These trailers are built using a min of 3.2mm wall to achieve the min strength required for the use it is intended and expected by the client. Our trailers are all constructed of black steel and fully welded on all joins. Then the trailers are sent to be hot dip galvanised locally in Stratford. This process makes sure that the complete trailer is galvanised not just built using pre galv steel. All welds are therefore hot dip Galvanised rather than sprayed with a paint.
We offer a full warranty on all our trailers because we have this assurance from the process gives the best result for the life of the trailer.
Here at HDL Fabrication we want to turn out the best products we can so we use local suppliers that can offer and support a fast and efficient service and repair side to the business. Because of this we can undertake servicing at our workshop or on the farm / worksite that reduces your down time and allows for a quality product to be returned to the client when they require it.
